If I sign up for one of the hosting packages, am I locked into a 12 or 18 month contract?
No, you are not locked into a minimum term contract - however if we register a domain name on your behalf then you are responsible for keeping the domain registered. Any costs that are incurred by external services connected to your domain will be passed onto the account holder.

Is there a minimum term for the add-on packages?
Yes, but only for the add-ons that involve external providers such as , Mint Statistics and our backup services. If you cancel your account, you will still be charged for the backup services unless you specifically request to cancel them, this is to prevent unwanted data loss.

Content
Can I host anything I want on my personal or dedicated server? No, all content on your account must adhere to the Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP). If at any point we believe you are in breach of this policy, your account will be suspended whilst we investigate the matter. If you are found to have breached the AUP we will terminate your account and remove your data and backup data from our servers. If you are unsure on anything, better safe than sorry, get in touch.

Is it possible to adjust my account beyond the add-on packages? For example, add 50GB of bandwidth for one month only?
Yes, however we look at each account on an individual basis and we request at least 2 months notice before the additional resources are required.
